We got this for our son when he was 18 months old. He loved pulling it around and dropping blocks into it, but it was a bit noisy. It has two volume settings, which is nice, but as soon as the wheels roll, it starts to "pop" the blocks and the pop is incredibly loud. The music and sound effects didn't bother my husband and I nearly as much as the popping sound!br /The dropping of the blocks did seem to help develop my son's finer motor skills, but other than that, I didn't see much of an educational value. For the price, we thought it was a good toy. It kept our son busy and you can use it with any of the peek-a-blocks.

You won't overlook ithis/i elephant in the living room. Pull along Poppity Elephant for the kind of noisy, musical, block-popping action toddlers love. New walkers will enjoy piling four circus-themed Peek-a-Blocks in the sturdy plastic 10x8x4-inch elephant--causing trumpeting sounds and music--and watching them pop off the seat when they pull the wheeled elephant by its string. The visually stimulating blocks, like all Peek-a-Blocks, hold intriguing discoveries: a springing tiger, a swinging monkey, a clown with beads…. The on/off switch includes low or high volume options. Three AA batteries required (included). i--Emilie Coulter/i This push and pull elephant toy brings poppity pop action wherever it goes. As baby either pulls or pushes the elephant along, the block on top will pop up and flip over, while three circus-themed songs play along with three fun circus sound effects. Baby can also sit and play by dropping the blocks through the elephant's trunk for a circus sound reward. Trunk front flips down for storage. Includes four blocks. Requires 3 "AA" alkaline batteries (included).

My daughter got this toy before she was born. I started using it about 6 wks and she loved it. It was really good to get her to turn her head or pick it up during tummy time. At 7 months she still loves it. I would reccommend this toy to anyone.br /
